An excellent service from Dee, Lisa and Tony. From the initial guidance on my house, the market and ideas on how to prepare for market, through to accepting an offer were first class. I was never in doubt that they were representing my interests - always happy to answer questions and provide assurance, this was an easy sale and was a pleasure to have them looking after me.

We have always used Bannerman Burke for our house moves, and once again they delivered an exceptional service. Our home was on the market in no time, and the photographs were absolutely stunning — they really helped showcase the property and contributed to a quick sale. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, with Dee and the team keeping us fully informed from start to finish. The commission was very reasonable too, which we really appreciated. Selling a home isn’t something we do often, so it’s reassuring to know we can rely on such a professional and trustworthy team. We’re genuinely grateful for all their support. Broonie & Dawn

What a truly fabulous team at Bannerman Burke! If you're looking to buy or sell in the beautiful Borders, then this wonderful little company is definitely the estate agency to choose! I first encountered them when I viewed what was to become my apartment in Hawick. Dee was there waiting for me, with a smile, even though I was running late from a slow journey up from Newcastle. She was full of helpful knowledge of the area and advice regarding the property and surroundings and the Scottish process, which is different to England and so her information was invaluable. She provided some excellent suggestions for local solicitors, from which I chose one (also providing an excellent service) My purchase was such an incredibly smooth process, thanks to Dee, Tony and Lisa, who treat their clients like friends, but without losing any professionalism! They have once again assisted with the sale of my apartment, finding a buyer and being at the ready to answer any questions I had. They have gone above and beyond helping with the property when I was out of the area and taking time to reassure my concerns. I can't thank them enough. Whilst there are several estate agents in Hawick, of which I had some encounters and valuations, I initially chose an agent with the highest valuation, however, their service was such a far cry from Bannerman's, I returned to them, feeling overwhelmed with stress and despondency and once again, Dee, Tony and Lisa took the reigns with ease and calmness and I never looked back! Did I say I can't thank them enough?! -x-

In the process of selling and buying my home. All the staff that I've been dealing with have been friendly, informative and very helpful in answering all my questions. They are making the process less stressful than I had imagined it would be. I would also add that when I go into the office on the high street - the staff greet you and seem very happy that you have taken the time to visit them. All in all I am very impressed with the service being provided by Bannerman and Burke and happy to leave all the complicated stuff for them to sort out.

Outstanding service received from start to finish. The quality of the photographs and walk through video footage were excellent and there was also the added bonus of drone footage which was really beneficial to show the true scale of our property and surrounding gardens. Communication was excellent, there was always someone available to answer any queries and the appointments system for viewings and feedback was really easy to use and made for a very efficient service overall. I would highly recommend using Bannerman Burke Properties in Hawick and really can’t thank Dee, Lisa & Tony enough for helping me sell my home and also buy a new property in the town.

Cannot recommend Bannerman Burke enough when it comes to support and selling your property. Professional, informative and reassuring from the initial scoping all the way to handover at offer acceptance. Within a short space of time my property had been inspected and set off to market looking great. An offer accepted within a week. They had gone above and beyond to make sure viewers were vetted and booked in - 100% show rate and prompt feedback. One viewer even commented during the viewing how good their dealings with Bannerman Burke were from a buyers perspective as opposed to other house viewings they were trying to navigate through. I extend special thanks to Dee and Lisa for the support and teamwork to get the sale over the line. The service they can recommend and pass you over for conveyancing is also top class! I look forward to working with you all again with the next big move.
