Travelling south on the A7 from Hawick, take the turn off for Roberton. After Roberton take a left to Craik forest. From this point travel 3.6 miles, and take a right over a small bridge and bear right. The property is located up the road on the right hand side. The additional plot of land is located further up the same road on the left hand side when the forest clears.
